Orders will be processed immediately without verbal confirmation. Please notify us within 24 hours if you need to cancel or make any changes to your order.

RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final. We do not give refunds due to the custom nature of our products.

CLAIMS POLICY:
All claims must be made within 10 days of the postmarked shipping date and are subject to approval by Cozmo Graphics. To submit a claim, mail all custom merchandise in question back to Cozmo Graphics at the customer's expense for approval. Claims made citing poor print quality resulting from use of customer supplied artwork that does not meet the requirements described on our Artwork Specs page of this site will not be honored. Poor quality artwork makes poor quality merchandise. If we feel the artwork does not meet our print ready standards, we will notify the customer before printing.

APPROVED CLAIMS:
If your order was made improperly due to the solitary fault of Cozmo Graphics, we will contact you regarding different options in handling this situation. In the end, we will do everything humanly possibly to satisfy our customers and give them the most genuine custom products.

CANCELED ORDERS:
A 10% order cancellation fee will be applied to any payment refunds due on canceled orders. Any order that has started production or has already been shipped may not be canceled. Rush orders may not be canceled because they move directly into production and therefore cannot be cancelled without incurring the full cost of running the job.

PAYMENT:
Full payment must be received before products will be shipped. Payment can be made with check, money orders, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or eChecks. All credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal. Out of State Checks require 3-5 Business Days to Process. There is a $30.00 charge for returned checks.

TURNAROUND TIMES:
Due to the possibility of file problems and technical malfunctions, time sensitive jobs MUST be planned in advance. Turnaround times reflect an average completion time of normal orders. These times are not guaranteed. Turnaround times are quoted in working business days. Weekends, holidays and transit times are not included.

QUOTES:
Electronic quotes will be honored for 30 days if submitted with your purchase order.
